Longevity protocols made simple.90-day protocol made for you. Delivered.

A written plan, the moment you finish.

Free. No account. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.

How it works

Four steps, about eight minutes to a plan you can read the same day.

Choose your priority

Six protocols. One life. Pick the one that is costing you most right now.

Answer the questionnaire

Between twenty one and twenty nine questions, about eight minutes. It branches, so you only ever see what applies to you.

Read your ninety days

Three phases, a weekly cadence, and the marker that tells you whether it is working.

Follow it, and review it

On the rhythm the plan sets. No sessions, no calls, nothing to attend.

Your protocol

Every guideline is the same shape: ninety days, three phases of thirty, and one thing to watch in each.

Phase one asks for a single anchor, small enough to survive a bad week. Phase two adds load once the first is automatic. Phase three changes nothing at all, because the test of a plan is whether it is still running when nobody is watching.

Each phase names its weekly cadence, the one marker you check, and what to change if that marker has not moved. It also names, in your own words, the thing you already tried and why the plan is not repeating it.

Nothing here is a product. It is a plan.

Our promise

  • Built from your answersYour words appear in your plan, verbatim. The questionnaire branches, so a constraint you named is a constraint the plan works around.
  • Sequenced, not stackedEach phase earns the next. Nothing is added while something earlier is still costing you willpower.
  • Yours to keepThe plan renders in your browser and prints. There is no login, no follow up, and nothing to cancel.

What is a protocol here?
A written structure for ninety days: when you do a thing, how often, for how long, and what to watch so you know whether it is working. Sleep windows, training split, meal timing, daylight, walking, stress blocks and a review rhythm. It is never a compound, an amount, or a product, and there is no slot anywhere in a plan where one could appear.
Who is this for?
People who already know roughly what to do and want it sequenced. If you want someone to tell you what to buy, this is the wrong site.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is an education service. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, we do not sell or supply any product, and a written guideline is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional. Consult your own physician before changing anything about your health.
Do you sell or supply any product?
No. We do not sell or supply any product.
